If scenery is the focus, I personally wouldn't choose Korcula or Havr. If you are after stunning scenery, I suggest staying on the mainland. Where, depends on how where you are flying in and out of. I'd try to go in May for fewer people, though peak season is July and August. Sone coastal towns start gearing up a bit in May but definitely not crowded. Plus May is sublimely lush and beautiful.
